For a long time, ive heard of this warhammer and ive been interested in it for a long time now i feel start nurture this interest by buying the game but not without hearing about if its good or not
So if there are any warhammer veterans or people who like the hobby or anyone are out there, could you give me your verdict because its costs £40 and im just curious about it.

40k is a blast man. The models, background story (fluff) and game itself are tons of fun, and I'm sure you can find some really good people to play with. If there's a store that sells GW stuff anywhere near you, they have nights where people can come in and play, whether they're new to the hobby or experienced with it. I've made a flash about 40k I love it so much. It can be pretty expensive, but if you buy off of sites like warstore.com you can get stuff for 20% off.

it's a REALLY expensive hobby. i was really into it in the late 80's when it was more about smaller forces with more detailed stats. then they got bought out and decided they'd make it so you had to buy a tonne of miniatures to build a basic force, thus making them a tonne of money.
if you want to play, id advise getting a copy of 40k Rogue Trader off ebay. it was more about the game and less about sales.
